The main objective of these recitals continues to be the provision of a platform for young Irish musicians who wish to pursue a career in music.
The Church and the committee are delighted to continue in partnership with Northern Ireland Opera and the Royal Academy of Music to make this event happen. This year we are delighted to welcome back pianist Michael McHale and mezzo-soprano Carolyn Dobbin, both renowned artists from Northern Ireland, who will perform during this series.
First Presbyterian Church generously continues to offer the facilities for the venue. However, as there is no sponsorship or subsidy the recitals can only continue with the voluntary financial support of the audience.
